Poor Oscar!
Little Oscar is a Himalayan seal point kitten who came to live with me at the age of 10 weeks.
It goes without saying that he is the cutest kitten ever born. However, this kitty's mom has never had a boy kitty before so I'm afraid it will take some adjustment on my part. You see, the other day I was sitting on the floor and Oscar came flying by me on his way from the litter box to his food dish. As he passed I noticed that he had a little spot of black under his tail and assumed that a little piece of poopy was stuck in his fur. I immediately grabbed him, rushed him into the bathroom, turned on the faucet and began to scrub his little bottom like there was no tomorrow. Nothing was coming off, so I grabbed a wash rag and again began rubbing his little bottom. In the mean time, poor Oscar is screeching and trying his best to climb my arm and escape this crazy person who is obviously trying to castrate him without benefit of anesthesia. You got it! The little black spot was his little bitty testicles and I had nearly scrubbed them off! He is now about 13 weeks old and still gets very nervous if I am holding him and turn on a water faucet!
